We have settled down in Oregon by our Kids and Grandkids. Finally open for repair work although it wont be 7 days a week like in Nevada. I have to work a full time job here since the cost of living is so much higher. No complaints, just the way it is. We have a physical address and a PO Box due to porch pirates. Can not beat them like a rented mule in Oregon unlike Nevada. Please make sure you ship all trains to the PO Box. Also, make sure you put a note in the box with all of your contact info, what you want done and what to do with Original parts. Not responsible for items not mailed to PO Box.
